eMotion leisure is a London hotel health club and spa situated within the Kensington Close Hotel. eMotion provides a great contrast from the hustle and bustle of the city by providing our guests with a luxurious tranquil Kensington retreat.

A charge will apply of £8.00 per person for residents and £15.00 per person for non residents per day.
As part of the continued investment at the Kensington Close Hotel our eMotion Gymnasium will be closed for renovation from Tuesday 14th May re-opening on Monday 10th June 2013. The eMotion pool, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, fitness studio and spa will remain open to our members and hotel guests during this time and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
The eMotion studio allows you to take part in a wide range of studio classes which are available throughout the day
All classes are free for members and cater for all ages. Levels range from high impact to absolute relaxation. All of our qualified fitness instructors are friendly and will ensure you have fun!
Exercises specifically for the abdominals and core. We devised this class specifically because the core is the foundation of our bodies and often neglected which will lead to a variety of other problems and injuries. By working the core in synch with the abdominals, we ensure we provide ourselves with the best foundation for ourselves.
A class designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and endurance. A fun challenging workout that will push your fitness to the next level.
Toning, conditioning and aerobics class that will leave you fizzing with energy.
High intensity cardiovascular workout using stationary bikes. The classes are between 30 and 45 minutes and will ensure you are constantly on the edge with a mixture of sprinting, climbing and leg challenging workouts.
The Latin inspired easy to follow calorie burning dance class. Mixing Salsa, Rumba and funky dance routines, join the class that is taking the world by storm!
Body and Mind:
Pilates is one of the world's most popular exercise classes. It gives strength, stretches your muscles, improves your posture, and can help ease lower back pain. It restores the balance of your whole body, leaving you feeling healthier and more relaxed teaching you how to breathe efficiently.
A class that concentrates on creating a balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. It involves poses or postures, each of which has specific physical benefits.
