The Kensington Close Health Club and Spa is a London health club and spa situated within the Kensington Close Hotel. The Kensington Close Health Club and Spa provides a great contrast from the hustle and bustle of the city by providing our guests with a luxurious tranquil Kensington retreat.
The Kensington Close Health Club and Spa can provide you with an escape from the stress of everyday life and give you your own space where you can listen to your body and indulge accordingly in the great facilities we have to offer.
Our team are dedicated to your physical and emotional wellbeing. We are passionate about taking care of you and will be happy to tailor our services around your every need. You will leave refreshed and ready to face the world again. Mind, body and spirit will all be rebalanced allowing you to get the best out of life once more.
Please note there is a daily charge of £8.00 per person for residents and £20.00 per person for non residents to use the Health Club and Spa facilities, this applies to use of the pool, jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, gymnasium and fitness suite.

All classes are free for members and cater for all ages. Levels range from high impact to absolute relaxation. All of our qualified fitness instructors are friendly and will ensure you have fun!
An intense workout for the entire torso, this class focuses on toning and strenthening the body's core abdominal and back muscles. This powerful workout for the 'powerhouse' of your body is a short, 25 minute investment of your time.
Toning, conditioning and aerobics class that will leave you fizzing with energy.
High intensity cardiovascular workout using Lifecycle bikes. The classes are between 30 and 45 minutes and will ensure you are constantly on the edge with a mixture of sprinting, climbing and leg challenging workouts.

So shake, strut and shimmy your way to fitness with our unbeatable range of dance type based classes. Body conditioning classes involves a high energy, high and low impact workout. Usually 30 minutes aerobics and 30 minutes toning make up the class time. Spine Training is an exciting and efficient way to increase strength, gain flexibility and improve trunk stability (abdominal and back strength) through guided exercise using your own weight and different equipments. Challenge yourself to become stronger than ever by taking this unique and effective class. Conditioning through flexibility and strengthening back exercises not only helps the back avoid injury, or minimize the severity of injury if the spine is traumatized, it also can help relieve the pain of many back conditions.
