Emotion Leisure offers a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, studio classes and an 18 meters indoor swimming pool. Beauty treatments and a wide selection of massages are also available for you to rest your mind and relax. There is a daily charge per person per stay for use of the Emotion Lesiure facilities.

Monday to Friday 6.30am to 10pm
Saturday – Sunday 7.00am to 9pm

GYM:
The Emotion Leisure is equipped with everything you need for a full body workout, including a range of cardiovascular, resistance and free weight equipment. A wide range of Studio classes run through the day for all ages and levels of fitness, ranging from high impact to relaxation and yoga.

SWIMMING POOL & SPA

The Emotion Leisure offers the largest swimming pool in the Kensington area (18 meter). If you are interested in having swimming lessons and aqua classes, please call +44 (0) 20 7368 4005.

You can also enjoy the Sauna provided in each changing rooms to relax  after a hard working out. The Steam room will help you to revitalize your body and unwind. Benefit from our warming, relaxing and refreshing Jacuzzi to escape to a world free of stress.

BEAUTY TREATMENTS
For a day of relaxation or to treat someone special, the Emotion Leisure offers you a wide selection of massages and beauty treatments using Elemis Products. Other treatments include facial, manicures, pedicures, eye treatments, self-tanning, body wraps, sunbed and waxing.
