Mr Gabor Merczi, Executive Chef, has opened his first signature restaurant in London at The Kensington Close Hotel which offers guests a unique dining experience at Blue Smoke.

Blue Smoke is “The place to be”. The North American Steakhouse offers a relaxed atmosphere to be remembered while listening to the classics of Frank Sinatra and the Rat Pack legends.
Speaking of his new venture, Mr Gabor Merczi, who formally worked in some of the best restaurants world wide, said “It is a dream to have the opportunity to open such a restaurant in London. I have carefully selected the best ingredients from around the globe, to create this fine dining experience”.

This fusion cuisine has introduced an array of innovative dishes that features USDA certified prime cuts of beef imported from the American Midwest and the freshest seafood available. "Pan Seared North Atlantic Black Pearl Scallops" or “Certified Prime Beef Filet Mignon” these classic dishes with a modern twist, are amongst the selection from the Blue Smoke menu…
